Select level is our MSP/MSSP program.  Select partners receive:

• ​Second tier priority for geographically based referrals for implementation services.
• Collection of Onboarding fees, if conducting implementation.

Premier

Premier level is for our fully integrated partners that resell and manage customers leveraging the CHICAGO Metrics® platform.  Premier partners receive:

• License to use CHICAGO Metrics® platform in consulting or MSP/MSSP  practice.
• First tier priority for geographically based referrals for implementation services.
• Collection of Onboarding fees, if conducting implementation.
• Co-Branding of CHICAGO Metrics® materials.
• Option for white label functionality of the CHICAGO Metrics® platform.
• Premier partner logo for use on your website and marketing materials.
• Listing on CHICAGO Metrics® Partner page with company description (up to 100 words) and contact information.
• Partner version of CHICAGO Metrics® Library with partner only materials.
• Up to 8 hours of CHICAGO Metrics® implementation training.
• Up to 20 hours or 3 visits of Sales Engineering on implementation and use of CHICAGO Metrics® with your clients.
• Invite to all Quarterly Partners' Call
• Support via e-mail and phone 12x5 (CST) with 4 hour response.
• Partner's Portal and management console.
• Unlimited licenses for use with your clients.
